Siemens is strengthening its global partner network through a new collaboration with Swedish technology company Wittra, who specializes in innovative IoT solutions for industry and smart buildings. The partnership is part of Siemens Xcelerator – an open digital business platform that promotes knowledge sharing, accelerates digital transformation, and delivers tangible value to customers across industries and technical disciplines.
Headquartered in Stockholm, Wittra brings cutting-edge expertise in hybrid networks for industrial IoT and Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS). The solutions enable positioning and sensor data collection both indoors and outdoors, making them particularly valuable in complex environments such as large buildings, industrial facilities, airports, hospitals, and logistics centers.
As a newly appointed Siemens Xcelerator Partner, Wittra gains access to global markets, advanced technologies, and the opportunity to offer its solutions via Siemens’ digital marketplace, the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace.
– We are pleased to now include Wittra’s services and IoT expertise in our global partner network and welcome them to the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace, where they will be able to connect with new partners and sell their services, says Anders Bylund, Head of Business Development Nordics at Siemens.
– Becoming part of Siemens Xcelerator is a major recognition of our technology and strategy. Wittra has built a solution that achieves what few others can: Delivering both real-time positioning and sensor data within a single wireless network – in the most demanding environments, says Håkan Dackefjord, CEO of Wittra.
The partnership is part of Siemens’ broader commitment to digital innovation, where platforms such as Siemens Xcelerator, Building X, and Industrial Operations X play a key role. Together, they create ecosystems that foster knowledge sharing, accelerate digital transformation, and deliver tangible value to customers in sectors such as real estate and industry.
